Company history 30+ years and growing Delta Design was started in 1974 to provide practical and affordable Residential Design for it's clients. In 1982, because of the demand, Delta Design began providing design services in the Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional fields. Delta Design LLC has over the last 30 years, designed buildings and structures, using almost every type of construction material on the market. Standard wood frames; masonry; precast tilt up concrete; conventional steel framing; and pre-engineered buildings are just several of the construction types that have been incorporated into design. A vast majority have been combinations of the different construction types. The utilization of various CAD and architectural design software has steamlined the design time, and accuracy.
