Construction Management Services
In addition to our design services, Delta Design, LLC also offers complete construction mangement (CM) service to it's clients. This service is available to business owners that might be considering expansion, either locally or in another region, and to homeowners that want to have more control over who works on their projects. Contract Administration Services
There are times, when the owner of a project, even though they have secured a contractor, need someone to act on their behalf during the course of constuction. As an owner, you don't want to be bothered with minor day to day decisions or the paper work associated with construction. Acting as the owner's representative, Delta Design, LLC coordinated and reviews all contract related items, from monthly pay request to construction change orders.
